Allanah has been baking since childhood with her grandmother and later turned her passion into a business in 2023 creating cakes for customers in Northamptonshire.
She specialises in single and tiered cakes with floral accents, and her cherished possession is the original bowl she still uses. Allanah is proud of her achievements, which include Food Hygiene Level 2 and Food Allergen certifications, a 5-star rating from the FSA, and being a finalist and winner in various UK Small Business awards.
